We
have a team of Customer Service Representatives to deal with
either on-site service call or depot service calls. When we
received the call that an on-site visit is required, we can
dispatch a skilled Field Technician or Consultant within a short
period of time to attend to your problem.
Our Field Technicians usually attend to immediate repairs whilst
our Field Consultants provide consultation on various matters.

suite of repair service capabilities including repair and complete
refurbishment of fusers, electronics sub-assemblies with competent
standard. Our Repair Service Center has a team of highly skilled

problem customers might face.

We
distribute more than 1,000 different Hp, Epson parts, Compaq
power adapters, and maintain effectively inventory of printer
parts, logic boards, controllers, tape-drives, power modules
and related hardware. In addition, our inventory management
has been able to reduce parts inventory ownership and logistic
management cost for our customers.
