What should I do if I am not sure what problem occured to my printer and thus I am not able to know what parts I am interested in?

In that case, you are most probably end-user and we would recommend you to bring your printer to our service centre in Subang Jaya where technical diagnosis by our technical engineers will be made. You can then decide if you want us to repair your printer or not based on the price quotation we provide to you. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, you have a choice to trade in the printer or take it back while paying diagnosis charges only.

 
2 What should I do when I require a technical advice regarding your products and services?

The best and most effective way would be to contact by telephone our technical expert Siva or any of our technical engineers who will be happy to solve your technical problem or provide you with an advice. In case they are not available, talk to our friendly Part Sales Coordinator who can provide you with basic technical instructions on what can be done.
