long is the warranty on parts I buy from Gateway Avenue?
Gateway Avenue is giving 90 days warranty (from
invoice date) for all HP and COMPAQ parts.(including exchangables)

I would like to be reminded
when my exchange parts are due to, is it possible?
Yes it is possible. Gateway Avenue will
send an “Exchange Return Part Report” to
you through e-mail every week as a friendly reminder
to return the defective part to us before we charge you any
extra on the part.
