2 I have never ordered from Gateway Avenue website on line before. What should I do?

You may register your company through our website. Our Part Sales Coordinator will contact you latest in 24 hours.

3 Will I get a confirmation that you received my on line order request?

Yes. A purchase report will be sent to your e-mail as a confirmation that we’ve received your request.


 
4 Can I myself check my past order history?

Yes. You may check your order history at www.gatewayavenue.com/b2b.

 
5 How long does it usually take to deliver a part?

The part will be ready for collection that day itself if we have ex-stock. However, Gateway Avenue is practicing “next day delivery” where the part that you’ve ordered will be delivered (Van and Courier delivery) the next day if we have stock, or the next day after receiving the stock from suppliers (HP - 10-14 working days, Compaq - 4-6 weeks).


 
6 How late can I place an order?

Cut off time is 5.30pm.


7 Can I check the status of my order on line?

This service is not available on line at the moment. Please contact Part Sales Coordinator for your order status.


8 Does Gateway Avenue sell also printers and computers?

Yes, we do. Please contact our PSC for the quotation.

You may cancel your order although it is not encouraged. However, cancellation charges from the list price will be involved. Please, contact our PSC for the detail.
