It is a refurbished part by HP. Customer is able
to enjoy cheaper price if he is able to provide us in return
a defective (old) part in the original box in which the part
was purchased.

I buy on exchange, when do
I have to return the defective part?
You are encouraged to return the old part
when you self collect your part. However, if you are
not able to return on the spot, you can return the old
part to us in 1 week time (remember to get a receipt
from our staff).
