Whom shoud I call when I am facing some serious customer service problem?

Contact directly our Head of Marketing Department - Doreen, or write to sales@gatewayavenue.com or fill in the complaint form / feedback form on our website http://www.gatewayavenue.com/contact_intouch.php. We make sure you will be contacted as soon as possible in order to solve your problem/complain.

2 If the part is not delivered “next day” as promised, what should I do?

You may contact our PSC.

3 Is delivery included in the final price or do I have to pay extra?

Yes, the delivery is included in the final price on the Invoice. We’ll charge RM10.00 only for courier within West Malaysia (and RM15.00 for East Malaysia) depends on the weight, or RM15.00 for van delivery within Klang Valley. Any parts from the purchase order that has a value exceeding RM 1,000 will be delivered for free.


 
4 If the part delivered is not a part I ordered, what should I do?

You may contact PSC to ask for a replacement.

 
5 If I find out that part delivered is defective, what should I do?

You may contact PSC to claim for DOA (Defect on Arrival Claim) within 90 days. You may also send us back the defective part for the verification.
