The Core Value Applied:
The story of mine :
"I went to Taipan Maybank to withdraw some $$ this evening. I parked my car at the parking lot in front of Kayu Restaurant. When i came out from the bank, i found someone's car was blocking behind my car. As usual (like what is always happening in our office area), i horned my car to alert the owner to remove the car. I horned and wait. After 10 minutes, still nobody come to remove the car. I was quite angry that time. Why got such not responsible person, blocking people's car, but seems disappeared. I understand sometimes have no choice to block someone because quite difficult to find parking at Taipan. However, he/she should know that if blocking someone, should make herself/himself availble always so that can remove the car anytime. But this one, really don't know where is the owner. Luckily i don't have to rush to somewhere.

Since already waitied there for around 10 minutes, and i really don't want to continue horn my car ( disturbing people over there), so i decided to go to the bakery shop opposite to eat bread and drink coffee. Before i go, i left a note to that car owner - “Sir/Miss, your car is blocking someone. In future, please make yourself available to remove the car. Thank you”. I don't want just go away like that, else the owner might not know his/her way is causing trouble to other people.

When i went to the bakery shop, i purposely choose a place that can see my car. I wanted to see how soon the owner will come to drive away the car, while reading magazine. I sit there for around 20 minutes, the car was still there. So i decided to wait for some more time. When i pay my bills, only i realise that the owner had drive away the car (don't know when, maybe when i was reading the magazine).

I don't know if he/she see the note that i left there. I really hope he/she see, and won't repeat the mistake again. "
CEO Comment :
"Wow, that was very patient of you and yet well managed of time to do something while waiting. That was a good training for our own EQ too."
